We are a medium sized, friendly Security company and have built our business for over twenty five years mostly on the strength of recommendations from our existing customers. We operate in all areas within London and the Home Counties.
We believe in first of all discussing with you all the aspects of your security requirements and advising you on the choice of a Security System that will meet your needs and at the same time be the most cost effective.
We do not believe in pressure selling. Once you have given us the opportunity to carry out a free survey of your property, we will either leave a quotation behind with you if so required or send it to you shortly afterwards. You can then take time to go through our proposed specifications and relevant quotation and get back to us once you have decided to go ahead.
Installation and handover
Once you are happy with the type of Security System that is most suitable for your premises and decide to give us the go ahead to install, we can usually carry out the installation within a few days unless there is a need to have the work done any earlier, in which case, we will do our best to oblige.
After your Security System has been installed, our engineer will go through the operating procedures with you to make sure that you understand how to operate the system properly. He will also leave with you an operating procedures handbook and the telephone numbers you will need should you wish to contact us or the Monitoring Centre if your system is a monitored one.
Professional standards
All our staff are security screened and carry the relevant ID badge in compliance with the requirements of the SSAIB, the security inspectorate we are affiliated to.

Your security system will be issued with the relevant certificate of compliance to confirm that it has been installed in accordance with the regulations set out by our inspectorate.
